Mindlab Tuition Centre is focused on providing our clients and students with an environment that is engaging as well as aiding adequately in a supplementary fashion to their learning requirements. We offer a dual-tiered effort in this regard; where

2. We aid in providing a comprehensive support system for our students.

Exam-Centric Approach

One of the central aims of tutoring is to let students get up to par with the highest standards expected of them in exams. They are given ample instruction in concepts and training in answering questions, as well as feedback on work in order to help the attain the highest possible grades. Students are given additional materials to heighten their grasp of ideas present in their subject areas, and are properly guided toward finishing their assignments from school.

Comprehensive Support System

We provide comprehensive support for students with their schoolwork as well as assist them in accelerating their learning. We also provide bridging courses for students new to the IB system. These are done within the framework of Individual coaching sessions or small group coaching sessions.

Our comprehensive IB tuition support system aims for the student to attain at least a 2 grade improvement through provision of the following:

• rigorous practice sessions from our in-house papers / question bank
• an environment conducive to completion of reinforcement work
• relevant learning materials from our up-to-date resource library
• dedicated and experienced teachers for free consultation

Our self-study programs are created in consultation with each student in order to cater to his or her specific needs. We allow for space as well as provide on-hand guidance from tutors that are available at the centre to enable the student to finish their assignments.

We also provide consulting services for students interested in pursing higher educational opportunities. We are available for consultation with regards to prospectus of universities, feedback on personal essays and application processes. We offer assistance to enable students to write their personal statements in a well structured, informed and interesting manner in which to present themselves to their desired institutions for for higher education.

Reinforcement Sessions

The lessons at Mindlab run according to a system where the teaching is broken down into Lesson time and Reinforcement sessions.
Reinforcement classes are sessions where the student is given a worksheet or practice paper to reinforce any instruction that took place during the lessons.

At Mindlab, our teachers ensure that they:
a) Teach the methods
b) Guide the Students through questions and answer formats.
c) Ensure that the students have digested and understood the subject matter

Since we do appreciate that different students will understand subject matter at different rates, we have made this complimentary where they can complete the assigned work in the centre and get help from the teachers or they can bring it home with them.

Our instructions will focus on teaching your son to answer as close to the format of the mark scheme as possible. We will also teach him how to answer his questions efficiently and to have proper time management.
